March 6, 2009 Business Jet Access (BJA), a leading aviation services provider, has added a second Challenger 300 to its FAR Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate. The aircraft, which has a seating configuration for up to nine passengers, is a low-time super-midsize aircraft with a maximum range of 3,100 nautical miles.

"It's an extremely comfortable aircraft for any type of mission, including international travel. With two Challenger 300s now available, our charter customers will be able to enjoy scheduling flexibility on this very popular aircraft."
The aircraft seating is configured in a club/conference arrangement to help facilitate on-board meetings. It has an enclosed lavatory and is equipped with a microwave oven, espresso machine, flight phone and a DVD player. The base rate for the aircraft is $4,000 per flight hour.
BJA, which has obtained a Platinum rating by Aviation Research Group/US (ARG/US), now has a total of eight aircraft on its Air Carrier Certificate including a BAC 1-11 with 30 executive seats, two Citation VIIs, two Challenger 300s, and one each Gulfstream III, Hawker 850XP and King Air 350.
In addition to achieving the ARG/US Platinum rating, BJA is an authorized air carrier for conducting flights into and out of Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) in Washington, D.C. BJA was the first FAR Part 135 aircraft charter provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth area sinceSeptember 11, 2001 to gain this authorization.
